Hubble Space Telescope captures two ‘overlapping’ spiral galaxies

A brand new photograph from NASA’s iconic area telescope captures two distant “overlapping” spiral galaxies.

The galaxies, known as SDSS J115331 and LEDA 2073461, are situated greater than a billion light-years from Earth. Whereas the brand new Hubble House Telescope view suggests the 2 galactic our bodies are merging, it is simply an optical phantasm and the galaxies aren’t really interacting with one another in any respect, in keeping with that and statements from the European House Company (ESA), which is a companion on the observatory.
